We found Frank on his website because we wanted a non-religious ceremony (known as a civil ceremony). After meeting Frank in his little studio in Burbank, we felt comfortable enough to go through with it all. We did not require him to do a rehearsal dinner, so basically we were simply hiring him for our wedding date. He also took care of a lot of the necessary paperwork, provided us with a certificate and a copy of the entire ceremony in a nice little wedding folder. He was very personal and also allowed us to pretty much write what we wanted him to say. He provided the outline of a basic ceremony and we simply changed it in Word format and sent it back and we had the ceremony of our dreams.
