We had a large guest count, a band and a DJ at our wedding. Los Coyotes was one of the very few venues in Orange County that could accommodate us and that was perfectly alright with us because it was beautiful! The patio for cocktail hour is so spacious and perfect to catch a glimpse of the sunset. The ballroom was set up amazing! All our 27 tables, DJ and Band fit without feeling crowded. The best part was they were able to arrange an ice-cream bar for us! Complete with whip cream, cherries, chocolate syrup and sprinkles! I know we had a pretty wild and crazy crowd and I want to thank them for not throwing anyone out. LOL! My one complaint would be that they are sometimes hard to get a hold of, but I understand that they are very busy with lots of weddings throughout the year. Many thank you's to Cassia for all her help! All in all it was a great night. Thank you.

Los Coyotes was an incredible venue for a reception. We took all of our pictures there because the grounds were so beautiful. The staff was so helpful and available as we made decisions about the menu, room set-up, timing, etc. I loved that the cake came with the reception. The room was so open and inviting and felt so spacious for almost 250 people. The outdoor patio for the hordeurve hour was was fantastic as well. I loved that they provided valet parking for the guests. It had such a souther California ambiance with all of the palms and flowers. I highly recommend this venue.

The venue is beautiful. All of our guests loved it. The chef was very funny and easy to work with. Our sales event contact person was sometimes difficult to reach and did not always respond to e-mails promptly but in the end everything fell into place and they even added additional services for no additional cost. That was GREAT!

Los Coyotes is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The only complaint I have is that it was often times difficult to get a hold of the events manager and get answers to questions. The food and beverage manager is amazing and everyone loved the food. We also loved the fact that the ballroom has so many windows. It's a great venue for weddings and for taking pictures. There is also a lot of parking and valet is included with your wedding package which makes it very easy on guests.

The location was the best we could ask for. Given the price we paid, this was by far the best quality for price value we found. I believ they have bumped up their rates since our wedding, so the value may not be as great now, but the location is still very nice.Usually these large vanues have so so food. I was actually quite impressed with the quality of food served. I was blown away at the food tasting and hoped that on the wedding day when they had to make hundreds of dishes, the quality would still be there. Sure enough, it was pretty good when they had to make the dishes in quantity. Bottom line, I'd recommend this place.

This was a lovely venue. I loved the way they set everything up for the ceremony, it was a lovely view of it and all my guest were very surprised by the way everything was set up. My reception was great as well, the dancefloor was perfect for us and our guest since we love to dance and the decorations were perfect.

Los coyotes has a lovely venue. The ballroom is a great size for receptions of accomodating 150 guests and the terrace has a nice view of the course. The food was delicious. The only problem I had were receiving timely responses from the staff when I initially signed the contract. They basically took my first deposit and never returned my phone calls. We met with them and talked it over, they began to make more of an effort to get back to me in a timely manner. Also a little disorganized and unsure of themselves. I would ask a question from one person of the staff and get a different answer from someone else within the same office. We went to see the ballroom the night before our reception and found a couple of tables did not have the correct number of settings per table. The vendor table was also not set up. When asked if they could correct it, I received some resistance from one of the staff members but another member was very personable and corrected the situation right away. Basically, some of the staff have great customer service skills and other staff members feel they are always right (not the customer) and weren't very accomodating. Overall it came out fine. The food was delicious and the day of our wedding they did everything they could to accomodate us and to make sure we were happy.

At the meeting when I decided to book, I was extremely happy with what was being offered. I knew it sounded too good to be true. From after signing the contract to the reception was a whole different story. Were they professional? Sure, if you count going back on your word and being condescending professional. I was assured that we could set up prior to the cocktail hour and also that if my party arrived early, it wouldn't be a problem. Both proved to be untrue. The woman with whom my mother and i met with, made false promises was unavailable and hard to reach. The only person that saved me from crying on my wedding day was the events manager of the day. She was very understanding and apologetic. I would NOT recommend anyone to use this venue for a wedding reception. There was a one year old birthday less than two hours before my reception. It was near chaotic. Once everything blew over, the reception was ok, i just don't think it was worth all the headache. I would have booked elsewhere.
