Stephanie helped me pick out my perfect dress and I truly felt like the most beautiful woman on the planet in that dress. They were polite, professional, and courteous the entire process. While I spent more than anticipated, I felt it was partly my fault for not clarifying a budget in the beginning. I fell in love with an over budget dress and then dealt with it, but couldn't be happier I did so. It was absolutely amazing and detailed!

I was so pleased by my dress. The staff was amazing. Linda was my associate and she was so wonderful at contacting me and following up with orders and deadlines. I had no worries that the dress would be amazing. I have no complaints except that some services are kind of expensive but most bridal shops are expensive. It was an amazing experience!

Macy's bridal was great! They worked with me even after the store has closed for the night to make sure I got the perfect dress! I went there for my bridesmaids dresses as well a\nd was equally pleased with quality and service.

Out of the five bridal salons I visited, Demetrios had the most beautiful dresses and I received the most personal attention. My consultant Nakeata was absolutely wonderful to work with and truly went above and beyond. Both my mother and maid of honor live in another state so Nakeata really became like family to me as I went through the whole process. She really listened to me when I talked about what I was looking for and as we tried different dresses on she paid attention to my likes and dislikes and was able to find me my perfect dress. She was there with me throughout the entire process including all of the fittings and my many visits back to the store to see how my jewelry and shoes look with the dress. She always gave me excellent advice and became more than just a consultant but a friend. The entire staff at Demetrios was friendly and extremely helpful to me. I was also very happy with my alterations. I went from a size 18 dress to a 12 which is a lot of work and the tailor did an amazing job. You could not even tell that so much work had gone into practically creating me a new dress. The store is definitely a bit higher priced but for me it was worth it. I had no issues at the store and would recommend them to other brides looking for their perfect dress.

I had a terrific experience with Demetrios. I hit about 6 other stores before trying Demetrios. I went through and grabbed a bunch of dresses that interested me, but I also told the woman helping me (Denise, who unfortunately is no longer there) what I was looking for. She said, "I have the perfect dress for you." And she was right. Because it was such a big decision, I went back three days in a row to try it on. Each time, I was there at least an hour, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I never felt rushed. They also worked with me on cost. I called at one point to get a fabric swatch. They mailed it out to me the next day. My dress arrived earlier than expected. Because I live out of state, I had several fittings when I was in town 2 months before my wedding. I had lost about 25 pounds since buying the dress; my wonderful seamstress was able to make the dress look gorgeous. I had 2 more fittings the week of the wedding. She gave me two options for tightness, depending on how thin I was feeling the day of the wedding. In the end, it fit like a glove.

This is the best dress place I have ever been to. Rosa (my dress coordinator) and Amie (the manager) are wonderful as well as everyone else in the store. I had an amazing experience and would recommend them to any person I know getting married. They really took part in the special moments with me and helped at any time when I needed them. I couldn't be happier with the service at Macy's Bridal - I bought by dress at a Demetrios trunk sale so the price was great! The bridal consultant pulled out a style I never saw myself in - and I fell in love with the dress the minute she put me in it. When it was time for fittings - Emily was great. Not only a professional but a pleasure to work with. Fittings can be so nerve wrecking - Emily made me feel so comfortable and I felt like a princess when she was done. She even made a minor alteration & steamed my vail (no additional charge) even though I purchased it from another vendor. Although the fittings are done at a different address from the bridal store - I found them to be flexible with appt times. Overall - great service & value.

I got my dress during a trunk sale and it was very affordable. It even came in early after I ordered it!

I'm still getting soooo many compliments about my dress/flower/veil, everything was absolutely gorgeous. I worked with Bonnie and she was patient, understood what I wanted, and gave her honest opinion when it was needed. Great experinece and reasonable for a great dress experience.

I absolutely loved my gown. It was beautiful! The staff was great as well.

Rosebud is the best! She was extremely attentive. Emily the store manager is very professional and helpful. I had a great experience with this store and team.

Melissa was my consultant and this was my 3rd store and 4th outing. She was so helpful and patient with me. After I found the dress she really was honest with my accessories and how to match up my bridesmaids dresses. I ended up going to Nordstrom's for my bridesmaids and they had a deep purple where my flower girl we also got at Brides by Demetrios and hers was lavendar. I wasn't sure how the two different colors would go and Melissa said it would be neat and she was right it didn't clash at all.

I have to say they have helped out my whole family. They had a dress for everyone in my family. And we looked amazing! They had so many amazing dresses to choose from and do everything you need! They are friendly and helpful. I could not ever let a friend go anywhere else other than Demertiros

I LOVED wedding dress shopping! The ladies at Demetrios really listened to me and I didn't feel pressured at all. They were amazing! They took what I said I liked and nailed it with the dress! The very first dress I tried on was the one I ended up getting.

I Love Lori! She was attentive to detail and truly listened to what I wanted. She did a great job of "hearing" my mom but listening to me. I HATE shopping and she made it painless and truly made me look like a princess. I felt beautiful. Once I found my dress she helped me pick out bridesmaids dresses for the wide range of girls in my party. We then found dresses for my 4 flower girls and my mom. She helped me decide colors for his mom and my step mom and was awesome. She made sure she was at everyone of my appointments and was wonderful to work with. I love LORI.

I live in Memphis TN, but when I found the perfect dress online the closest salon to carry it was Demetrios in St Louis. I called and spoke to Maria. They had to have the dress brought in from their sister store, but she handled everything. My first appointment was amazing. I had family and friends with me, one of which was my 91 year old grandmother and as soon as we walked in they catered to her every need and comfort. The salon was beautiful and every consultant was smiling and helpful. They made me feel like I was the best bride ever. I ordered my dress, headpiece, jewelry and bridesmaids dresses that day. I later had to travel for fittings 4 different times and I was happy to do it because I knew I would get princess service and I did. Brides by Demetrios is first class across the board!!!

I was very excited to go to Demetrios, considering I had been to several other stores, had horrible experiences, and was getting very discouraged because I hadn't found "the one". Everyone loved my dress! The girls at the shop are so friendly and nice. I tend to be a little indecisive sometimes. During my initial visit I was torn between two dresses. They were extremely flexible about giving me time to make a final decision. I never felt pressure to exceed my budget. The store manager even waived the shipping fee for my out-of-state MOH.

I just loved my experience with Brides by Demetrios. On my last fitting, the seamstress was ill and had to cancel. I was really freaking out at that point since it was 2 weeks till the wedding, but the seamstress instead came to my house a few days later and had my dress ready for me. I would highly recommend demetrios for all your dresses. They were very professional and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. I purchased my bridal gown from them, it was my second dress that I had purchased and I was really apprehensive about making another wrong choice.
