If you're going to go to ANY Alfred Angelo store in the I.E., I champion the one in Riverside on Magnolia/Tyler! I've been to 3 other aa's in the area as a bridesmaid over the years, and every one had consultants that were not only snotty, but very reluctant to do any kind of information breakdown! Ask for specifics on pricing, it's a bunch of "umm" and "ooh well" and possibly a rude look; nothing of the sort at the Riverside location. I encountered only honest and informative consultants, who were quick to offer tips about quality vendors previous brides had told them about even if they weren't aa services/affiliates. Very open about pricing up front and alterations, which Joanna admitted could get pricey enough to warrant seeking out a seamstress on my own (which I did). All in all, amazing experience with the girls at this location!

SO overall I LOVEd MY DRESS and the service provided at the shop.....Regina was so mmuch fun and so was Micheal Awesome team to work with!!! Well anyways the only problem i had with them was the fact that the dress already costed me 800 bucks! well then.....I had to pay for alterations....after all was said and done I paid almost 1400 bucks for my dress which is very unreasonable to me. It wasn't like I had to add fabric I had to take in!!!! But overall I coultn't have asked for a better dress =]]]

FUN TO BUY A DRESS HERE. THEY PICKED OUT DRESSES WITHIN MY BUDGET.

Let me start by saying that I've never been the girly girl so I didn't know every little detail I was supposed to take care of before my wedding... I'm one of the few lucky girls who knew exactly what I wanted for my dress and where to find it. My dress was from Alfred Angelo Rancho Cucamonga and I was fortunate enough that they had it there at the store so I could try it on and see it in person. Yup, that was the dress! I was happy as could be, paid in full, and left feeling great! My dress arrived in the time they quoted me and it was perfect. I was bummed about the fact that they no longer hold the dress for you. I lived with my husband prior to getting married and had to beg my family for closet space so he wouldn't see it! The size, look, everything about it was great though. I tried it on and it fit perfect as well. Did not need any alterations, but it was still early. Each month I kept trying on my dress and my body did not change - so still no alterations. One week before my wedding my sister realized we never tried to bustle the dress so we thought we should make sure we knew where everything was. After one hour of searching for the hooks, we called the store. Not only were they rude but they accused us of not paying attention and that they "told us" weeks before that we needed to get the bustle taken care of at the alterations. They did not tell us this, how were we supposed to know?! They told us is was going to be several hundred dollars plus the rush fee. We ended up going to our trusted dry cleaners and getting the bustle taken care of, plus the dress pressed for less than $30! That was only issue number one with them. My poor bridesmaids were trying to arrange fittings and payments with them. Each sales girl kept saying something different. They were promised they could put 50% down and pay the rest later at the very beginning because, well, times are tough! When they actually came in to get fitted, some snooty lady told them "NO! We don't do that! Who'd you hear that from?" Overall there was maybe two awesome salespeople there. I hope that everyone else that works there was just having a bad year since their attitudes stunk! lol Oh well, it's over and done with and I just thank God that all the dresses came out beautifully!

I went into alfred angelo not knowing what kinda dress i really wanted. I never really thought that in was true when people said, youll know your dress as soon as you see it. well its true. i fopund the perfect dress for me and so will you. good luck.

I was mis-sized for my wedding dress. They sized me as a 12 for my corset gown when in actuality I was a size 8. They were very hard to work with to get them to fix this problem. They blamed it on me losing 2 dress sizes, but I didn't lose any weight. The store personnel were not helpful or flexible to get the problem fixed. I was at college when the dress came in and couldn't try it on until a month before the wedding. However, the district manager was very helpful and so was the San Diego Alfred Angelo with Kristie as the manager helped immensely.

Over all I enjoyed my experience with Alfred Angelo's however we had a few problems along the way: 1. They ordered the wrong flower girl dresses 2. When the ordered the flower girl dress (the wrong style) the attended miss-measured my flower girls and when they arrived they were too small! 3. The tailor frequently forgot alterations i had requested Luckily those problems were all solved before the wedding... *I finally go the correct flower girl dress TWO DAYS before the wedding... We also ordered our invitations through Alfred Angelo's, it was quick, beautiful and went without a single glitch! I do highly recommend their stationary providers.

My dress was absolutely beautiful! The sales woman spent a lot of time with me; they all were very kind. The seamstrist is amazing! And the dress was a decent price. It was a great experience; not as bad as some of the other comments.

I got my bridesmaids dresses here- they were beautiful and i loved the color and quality. Even though I'd made an appointment, I felt that the salespeople weren't very attentive or responsive.

we actually bought my dress through a local store, but i found it online at his site and the sizes are so accurate! i loved my dress and no alterations needed!!!
